Principles

The principles underpinning care at Manor Park is based upon personal planning and person centred practices. Each person is seen as an individual and as such the service provided is very much individually focused.

All care packages are reviewed internally and each person has their own personal planning meeting in which they are encouraged to take a central part, which includes invitations, chairing and agreeing goals. This is done with the support of the keyworker throughout.

Personal planning is used to gain insight into each person's needs and requirements and from this, the care and support is designed to meet the assessed needs of each individual person.
